What form of payments do you take?

Forms of payments taken are PayPal, Credit Card, Money Order, and Concealed Cash (at your own risk).  Payment must be made within 3 days of order.  After 3 days, your order will be canceled.  Credit card can be taken through PayPal without having a PayPal account.  Please see here for details:

If paying by Concealed Cash, please notify me within 3 days of your order when the payment will be sent. If I have not received your payment in the mail within 10 business day, then your order will be canceled.

Those are the only forms of payment I will take.  No wire transfers, no personal checks, so don't ask!

How do you ship?

By default, I will ship by USPS because it's more economical.  If you happen to have an account with/prefer UPS or FedEx, I can ship it that way also.  Basically, I can ship it anyway you want.

What is your shipping policy?

**NEW** Shipping will now go green!  I will be using shredded newspapers, ads, and magazines to fill the box so your order does not move around.  All items will be wrapped with a plastic shopping bag so that the shredded papers does not stain them.  (I have tons of plastic bags that keeps piling up because I keep forgetting to bring my reusable bag when I go shopping.  @_@; )  This will save the $1.50 per order that I was charging before for packaging costs.  Delivery confirmation is free.

All orders will be shipped in a nicely packaged box with some form of stuffing so that nothing gets moved around during shipping.  Shipping cost is based on weight.  Since most of the items here are light, you can save on shipping by ordering multiple items.

Shipping for within the US will be by First Class or Priority depending on the weight and how much you order.  Usually first class.  If you want it faster, please let me know before you pay, so that I can adjust the total.  Faster shipping means more postage.

Canada and International shipping will be by International First Class.  Delivery time for this varies.  If you want it faster, please let me know before paying, so that I can adjust the total.  Faster shipping means more postage.

I only charge what is charged at the Post Office.  If too much was charged for shipping, the remainder will be refunded back.

All orders will be shipped with delivery confirmation, no exceptions.  Shipping insurance is optional and recommended.  If you want it, please let me know before paying.  Please remember that once your order leaves my hands, I am not responsible for anything that is lost or damaged.  The only thing I can do, is to give you a phone number to call and have the Post Office help you.  The rest is all up to you and the Post Office.  My experience with the Post Office says that having shipping insurance makes it a lot easier to talk to them.

What is your refund and exchange policy?

Sadly all sales are final.  All orders are custom made for you and only you.  So, unless a mistake was made on my part, there is no refund or exchange.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you want to cancel, there will be a 30% cancellation fee.  The fee is for the time spent on going out and finding the materials for your order.   There is no cancellation fee if you cancel before I start your order.  Just ask, and I'll let you know how far I am with your order.

What is the status of my order?

You can email me at
admin@momijiworld.com to ask how far along I am with your order.  I do my best to meet the shipping date that I set and will let you know if there's any problems or delays.  Please give me at leaswt 2 weeks per items to complete, incase I have other orders before yours.  Most items should only take me 3-4 days to complete.  I have a full time office job, so I unfortunatly do not have all day to complete my orders.

Do you do large orders?

Yes, I do.  Large orders are very welcome.  Just email me at
admin@momijiworld.com with all the information of what you want and I'll give you a quote of how much it'd be and how long it would take me to finish it all.  There is a large order discount.  The discount depends on the quantity.

Do you give discounts?

The only discount I give is if you supply me with the materials (yarn, fiberfill, dmc thread, fabric, or paper) for your order.  That would be 10% off.  There is also a repeat customer discount.  If you order up to a certain amount (total of all your orders) then a coupon will be emailed to you.
